As part of a collaborative project, we studied and researched the current service and business model of restaurant Chez Panisse. This project was later used as part of a service iteration practice strategy as part of a Case Study
on Open Innovation. The study contained on zooming in on every company's component, dissecting it and evaluating benefits for the company's leading innovation opportunities.
